Jake did a great job cleaning both our ducts and our carpets. he honestly assessed the upstairs ducts and determined they did not need cleaning and didn’t charge us which I appreciated. As for carpets, we had some specialty carpets and rugs that needed to be treated with TLC and he did exactly that and much more. He completed the job on time, on budget and very professionally. I particularly like that before he packed up, he walked through the whole house with meto make sure I was completely satisfied. My only criticism is that it’s a lot of work for the homeowner to move furniture around in order for him to clean.
