2. We discuss all options for the best cleaning and go over budgets and the type of cleaning you need or want.

3. Identify problem areas to treat correctly

4. After visual carpet inspection- WE VACUUM!!!!!! WE VACUUM!!!!!! This is the Most Important Process of the Cleaning of Your Carpets. I bet you didn’t know that?

5. Install corner guards and blocks for furniture, to prevent possible damage during the carpet cleaning process. (Some furniture is too heavy to lift & blocks cannot be used)

6. Pretreat Carpet (especially high traffic areas). Allow the carpet pretreatment to dwell to the manufacturer specifications

7. Carpet RAKING! You have to AGITATE carpet pretreatment in order for it to work correctly.

8. EXTRACTION with 235 degree steam.  Our machine is a 25 Hp Steamway Legacy 2100 Truck Mount System. The machine is very powerful and effective in treating and cleaning carpet.

9. FANS  (Fans extra charge) for quicker dry times.  Our fans are available for a minimal charge (Normal dry time w/out fans is about 1-2 hours)

10. Clean up as if we were never there, leaving your carpet looking FANTASTIC.
