“I’ve been researching for a carpet cleaning company for sometime now and came across Skyline Carpet Cleaning. What really won me over were the incredible testimonials they have gotten, so I decided to go with Skyline. Boy was I more than happy that I did. We had many stains and heavy traffic on our carpet that I thought would be impossible to get out. I thought that I would need to replace all of my carpet, but decided to try professionally cleaning the carpet first. Our master bedroom was filled with heavy urine stains that my little dog left behind. I’ve tried everything to get those urine stains out.
Skyline came in and explained the process and pricing thoroughly before starting. Jake, the owner, was very professional, friendly, and courteous. He answered all my questions honestly and even gave me advice on how to maintain my carpet. After a few hours of tough work, I was truly amazed at how my carpet turned out. He was able to get the stains out like they were never there. The carpet looked cleaner than before we moved in. Also there was no chemical smell at all from the treatment. I am an admitted anal retentive, obsessive/compulsive type personality, when it comes to my cleanliness standards. I must say that I was amazed at the job that Skyline Carpet Cleaning did for my condo rental. The heavy, black stains in the high traffic areas are GONE! My former tenant had done a real number in making these stains appear as though they would be there for eternity, but with determination and amazing carpet cleaning technology, Skyline miraculously made them disappear.
Historically, I’ve had experiences with carpet cleaning vendors of messy, bulky contraptions invading my home space, with no REAL cleanup when they left. No care taken if the pieces of equipment knicked my walls, etc., but with Skyline, they honestly appeared to CARE about the small stuff like that, and how it might MATTER to me, the client.
Not only did Skyline get the job done in record time, but they took the time to explain each answer to all of my questions. The customer service was phenomenal, in that they agreed to work on WEEKENDS, to take care of my needs in a caring, steadfast, hospitable fashion. And it was like it was NO BIG DEAL, just any other day of the week! The technician showed me the meaning of good ole fashioned integrity and true pride in a service job well done.

Skyline Put Me In Heaven! Skyline Carpet cleaning was recommended to me by a neighbor named Gordon, who has been a carpet layer for probably 30 years. He said, “You will be amazed how close to new Skyline will get your carpets”. Gordon told me that he uses Skyline to clean his own carpets and that he’s been very pleased with the outcome everytime. I knew it would take a miracle to get my carpets that clean because I had several nasty spots that Stanley Steemer hasn’t been able to get out for years. I called Skyline Carpets on Thursday and the owner, Jake Meredith, agreed to come the following day. After about 3.5 hours of work, Jake finished cleaning my whole house plus 6 area rugs. After 5 1/2 years of living in the same place I finally broke down and had Skyline Carpet come out and clean my carpets. There were some horrible stains that I thought would never come out!
